Michelle was born and raised in Danvers, Massachusetts, in the heart of New England. Michelle first got into insurance to take after her mom, someone she considers to be her best friend and biggest role model. Since joining the insurance industry in 2018, she has worked her way up, starting as a receptionist to becoming a Customer Service Rep here at Vermost Insurance in April 2021. Michelle loves helping people and being a part of a team environment.
In her personal life, she loves being a wife and mom to both a beautiful son and a sassy fur baby named Tink. She loves reading, spending time with her family, and enjoying the wildlife.
